There are a number of old zero fat
diets around. I do not know who made them up and I will not waste my time
or yours discussing them in depth. I do not really see this type
of diet around anymore so I just add it in here in case you run
into it somewhere. Your body needs fat! Period! A diet that takes
away anything for more than a short period of time is ridiculous and will
only serve to create uncomfortably habits in the end. A no fat diet sends
a very simple message to your body. Uh-Oh if this keeps up I won’t have
any reserves left so save all the fat you can!!! Your body will eat
muscle and even organ tissue before it will lose all the valuable fat that
it still owns. There are volumes of chemistry involved in the why nots of
dieting this way. It is simply not worth going into when common sense and
every medical professional in the world will tell you straight out that
you need fat every day in your meal plans. Enough said about these diets.
They just suck!!!
